The little bit that I do know of what's going on, has come from the plumbers and the remediation people. Ryan Homes has, not only not explained anything, they haven't even shown their face around my house. One of the supervisors said he would call me right back after a meeting he was going into, that was 19 days ago. Our homebuilding experience is second to none.

I purchased the home a few months ago, when they give you the key, it's a nightmare to get warranty items fixed. I have a pantry that gets very hot, I submitted a warranty claim, warranty guy Kevin said his manager said nothing can be done. I asked to speak with him supervisor, Mike called and said "nothing can be done". Food is being stored in the pantry and the heat will cause the food to not last long and Ryan Home or any of their field personnel is not will or even try to resolve the problem.
